Lack of Life Group Ownership

Here's an important principle to remember: the more involved your group members are, the more alive the group will be. Group members need to be involved in decision-making as well as taking on meaningful roles in the life of the group.

In the next few weeks ask someone in your group to lead the Life Group one week. This will do two things: develope leadership skills in your group, and allows you to rest for a week. So ask God who is it that you need to encourage to step up and out in their faith.
